First year of medical school under the belt and my body was craving calories by the truckload after it lost 5 pounds this month from finals induced anxiety. So I figured the best way to get that in is potatoes, bacon, cheese in between bread, right? YES.
Pretty simple instructions here, make the bacon crispy, slice and cook (or bake) some potatoes, and put it between bread with around 3 slices of cheddar cheese. I threw on some fresh chives from the garden and then put the whole thing in the panini press until the cheese was melted. Then I slept for around 14 hours and I think I’m back to my pre-finals weight.
