Craving something sweet? I definitely was tonight.
This panini is sooo simple-it only has 3 ingredients and takes less than 5 minutes to make. Bread, chocolate almond spread, and a banana. I won’t even post a recipe because I don’t want to insult your intelligence. If you don’t have chocolate almond spread, Nutella would be just as awesome or even more awesome. Or peanut butter+honey. No bananas? How about some raspberries? Or marshmallows? The possibilities are endless.
I’m pretty sure I got a little bit of diabetes after eating this whole thing, but I tried to justify it by telling myself my brain cells need extra glucose to process all of that neuroanatomy I’m not putting together.
P.S. If anyone can tell me the secret to learning neuroanatomy, I’ll make you this sandwich every day til the end of the semester.
